the room was spacious. i stayed in the 'prestige double room' (i liked the style). breakfast was delivered to the room each morning. the location was also very convenient for accessing different parts of the area.
my room overlooked a wall with trash cans below. it was not the garden view i expected. the shower had a tv, but i could not see it from the bed. the desk was also very small and hidden in a closet.

the location it is excellent, i noticed. the staff was friendly and accommodating. i liked the direct access to the garden space.
i don't have any negatives about the hotel, i think they could improve in some aspects.

i found adorable decorations and a warm atmosphere throughout the hotel. it is a boutique hotel, so i did not expect large social gatherings. i felt everything was very thoughtful and added to my enjoyment of the visit.
i noted some noise from people walking in the room above me, which occasionally disturbed me. this could be improved with better sound insulation in the ceiling. otherwise, i had a great experience.

the staff were very kind and ready to help me with all my requests. everyone seemed attentive to detail. they provided prompt assistance and delivered excellent service.

breakfast came to my room, presented on a large silver tray. i enjoyed high-quality items like coffee and homemade jams. cheese with truffle was available, alongside fresh croissants. the food was AMAZING!!!

the location is great for reaching many spots in town on foot. i found it easy to walk to the most beautiful landmarks. the hotel is very close to the train station, a major convenience.
